Decide on the right park for you and your family
After deciding if ownership is for you, the first decision is usually the location of the park where your holiday home will be sited. John Fowler Holiday Parks offer an excellent choice of parks throughout Cornwall, Devon and Somerset. Each Park has its own unique character, and offers a different range and type of facilities to enjoy. Local areas vary and offer equally varied local attractions/facilities.
The Opening Seasons of the parks vary and may be an important influence on your decision; 9, 10, 11 and 12 month seasons are available at different parks.
Location is always important, all John Fowler Holiday Parks are conveniently located within easy reach of the coast, some are right on the beach, some are in peaceful countryside locations.

Decide if the running costs are ok
Owning your own Holiday Home is a great investment in your leisure lifestyle!All of our parks do provide a subletting service that will help offset the running costs, but holiday homeownership should not be viewed as an investment for the purpose of yielding an income. Annual costs to pay are Pitch Fees*, Local Rates, Electricity/Gas.
*Pitch Fees. These are inclusive of winter storage and payable in advance. Pitch fees are reviewed annually and notified to customers in December of each year for the following season. Payment can be made in one of three ways; in one lump sum at the basic invoice price, 4 monthly instalments or a direct debit scheme from your bank account over 10 months.
