John Fowler Holiday Parks attracts many thousands of holidaymakers every year and there is always strong demand for accommodation on our parks, particularly during school holidays. Although we are unable to guarantee levels of income, subletting can be a valuable source of income and many owners sublet to help towards their annual running costs.
Do I have to sublet through John Fowler Holiday Parks?
You are free to sublet through the John Fowler sublet scheme, sublet privately or even use a combination of both. The choice is entirely yours.
What commission do you charge?
If your holiday home is sublet through John Fowler Holiday parks, a commission fee of 18% of the net accommodation tariff + VAT is charged. To ensure that holiday prices remain identical a handling charge (retained by the company) is applied to bookings where the owner is not VAT registered.
